This Privacy Policy explains how StayNaut, operated by SHA Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd., collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use staynaut.in, submit a pilgrimage enquiry, communicate with us, or use StayNaut's services.

1. Who we are
StayNaut ("StayNaut", "we", "us") is a pilgrimage and spiritual journey planning service operated by SHA Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd., with offices at Hotel Utkrisht Mansion, Sector D, Jankipuram - 226021, Lucknow, and Shree Ram Janki Atithi Bhawan, Maa Lalita Devi Temple Road, Naimisharanya.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use staynaut.in, submit a pilgrimage enquiry, communicate with us through WhatsApp, phone, or email, or use StayNaut's services.

When you use the "Plan My Pilgrimage" enquiry flow or otherwise contact StayNaut, we may collect information that you provide voluntarily, including:

- Your WhatsApp number or phone number
- Your email address
- Who the journey is for (yourself, family, parents, or a group)
- Your intended destination or destinations
- Your reason for travel
- Number of travellers or group size
- Your approximate travel dates or timing
- Any special considerations you choose to share, such as mobility needs, dietary preferences, accessibility requirements, or scheduling constraints relevant to planning your journey
We do not intentionally ask for sensitive personal information unless you choose to provide information that is relevant to planning or arranging your journey.
StayNaut may also receive information that is reasonably necessary to arrange or administer a confirmed journey, such as traveller details required by accommodation, transport, activity, or other service providers.

StayNaut may use cookies that are necessary for website functionality, security, performance, and, where enabled, analytics or measurement.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may contact you about your enquiry, proposal, booking, or journey using the contact information you provide.
Where we send communications that are promotional or marketing in nature, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with your consent. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication.
Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending service-related communications that are necessary to administer an enquiry or confirmed journey.
10. International users and cross-border processing
StayNaut serves travellers in India as well as NRIs and international visitors. If you contact us or use our services from outside India, your personal information may be processed in India.
Your information may also be processed in other countries where StayNaut or its technology and service providers operate or maintain systems.
Where personal information is transferred across borders, StayNaut will take such steps as are required under applicable law in relation to the transfer and processing of that information.
11. Children's data
StayNaut's website and enquiry process are intended primarily for adults planning journeys. A journey may, however, include children or other family members as part of a group.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children independently of a parent, guardian, or other adult making or managing the enquiry.
Where information about a child is necessary to arrange a journey, we expect that information to be provided by or with the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian, subject to applicable law.
